| We just returned from staying 12 nights at this hotel and all we have nothing but good things to report about this establishment. The hotel is a first class operation, the staff are amazing and extremely helpful, the facilities were great, etc. The only negative that we could find, which was not a large one, was that the hotel is a ways from the city and there is not much around the hotel itself such as restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent and prices very good. We were pleasantly surprised at what our overall impressions of this establishment ended up being. We, like other people, read previous reviews and had in our minds what we might or could expect. We read things like the staff were rude, uncaring and unknowledgeable. We can tell you from experience that the staff are nothing short of great. We dealt with many members of the staff and not one had a negative about them. They were extremely helpful and very polite at all times. A couple of times they went beyond their call of duty. As for our accommodations we read some negatives from others but we could find none. We stayed in a two bedroom apt (even though we only booked a one bedroom apt) and the place was not only extremely modern and spacious, it was very clean. Our apt was bigger than some people;s homes. All we can say is that after having read the negative reviews that were posted prior us going on our trip(not all were negative) we can say from our own experience that they are misleading as this is a great place to stay. For those who wrote negatives about this hotel I have to wonder if the negatives were truly warranted. There are always two sides to every story. What we read(in many cases) and what we experienced was like day and night. We would go back to this hotel with no hesitation and we highly recommed this to anyone. |
